Please complete  all sections in this form including the bag type you have, then press "Request Collection".  It is vital you ensure your customer code number is correct. This is linked to your address and avoids you having to repeatedly enter this information.  When your name and number disappears  you will see a confirmation message which means you are on the collection list for the next date in your area.  If no message appears, please try again. For our regular bag service, you can request a collection any time up to midnight, the day before your collection date. If you forget to request, and are too late, you will automatically be on the list for the next date in your area. You do not need to request again.  Our big bag service does not have specific dates, but collections will be scheduled as soon as possible. If you have both regular green and white big bags for collection at the same time, please request twice, for each type of bag  One for each bag type but your code number will be the same. Thank you.
