What can I put in the bags? Green waste only please. No plastic, glass or metal.
Is it cheaper than a skip? Yes, considerably. The more you buy, the cheaper each one is.
How much does it cost? Prices are currently between £36.00 to £169.00, depending on how many you order. Please scroll across the pictures above. The larger the quantity the cheaper each one is. Very quick, free delivery.
What is the size of the bags? These are standard one tonne dumpy bags, similar to the ones that builders merchants use for sand etc. The filled volume is 0.66m3.
Can I use my own bags? We need to know the volume of waste collected and so can only accept garden waste in bags supplied by us. We cannot take away plastic and our vehicles do not have a bin lift.
How much can I put in? With twigs, branches and other light material you can fill the bags, no problem, If you have very dense material such as grass clippings, or heavy wood please ensure the bag can be dragged by one person to our truck. The test is, if you can drag it, so can our driver.
Where can I leave the bag/s? Please drag the bag/s to near a public highway or usable track/roadway within your property.
Will the bags be returned to me? Unlike our regular service these white big bags are non-returnable.
I have bought multiple bags. Do these have to be collected at one time? Normally yes. The cost includes one delivery of empty bags and one collection however if we are collecting in your area this may be waived. We advise on the confirmation of your order.
How quickly can I get the bags? We aim to deliver within a working day of your order.
How do I request a collection? You will be issued with a customer number by order confirmation email . Please use this number, which is coded with your address, plus your surname in the Collection Request page of this website.
How quickly can you collect? This depends on demand, but we collect as soon as possible.
